BAYER Advertising FAN- 1930's, for the Egyptian market

$90.00

1930’s BAYER Advertising Hand Fan for the Egyptian market. Lovely paper fan with wooden bows, 7 1/8” long when closed, and 12” wide opened. It advertises BAYER products, in French and Arabic. It shows hands reaching into the fan towards a period box of aspirin, and throat lozenges. The reverse has a more typical oriental decoration of red and yellow maple leaves. In the lower left corner of the reverse is a maker's logo, and "MADE IN JAPAN". It is near mint to mint with vivid colors, and just like new down to it’s red hang-string. A great 1930’s advertising piece. Price $90.00 (ref. TB B-636).
