Union Metallic Cartridge Company 1874 Price List Broadside. “Price List of Metallic Cartridges” 8 ¾” X 11 5/8” on paper. It is not a Winchester “Double W” Cartridge Board, but it has a nice decorative display of Union Metallic Cartridge Company’s line-up of Rim Fire and Central Fire Cartridges. The reverse has the prices per thousand, in case lots of each cartridge they sell. This price list has been folded and handled early in it’s life. It was folded in half, then folded a second time and a third time, creating eight creased panels on each side. The Price List side shows the handling toning and creases well. The paper and printing are solid. I have copied the edges to show edge wear. It would flatten if mounted in a matt board or framing. It is unusual for an early paper advertisement to survive.
