East German SKS Rifle Cleaning Kit. The flimsy plastic pouch, 4” x 3” x 1 ½” holds a course cleaning cloth wrapped around a non-magnetic metal case. The case lid is marked; “RG57 1”. Inside it are a pull cord with a weighted end (which has a pin-prick end) and a slotted end to attach brushes. There is a bore brush and a chamber brush with an orange plastic cover marked “Fur Olburste” (For Oil-Brush), a small bristle brush, a screw driver with a torque handle with a punch end, and an oil tin, which has an screw-in oil spout with-in and a screw off lid, both gasketed. This kit is complete and just neat! If you have a German SKS, or a Communist Bloc SKS, and would be a perfect accessory. It shows little to no use. Price: $30.00 (ref. C-163)
